To Enable This Feature:

1.

Create a Google Cloud Project

Go to console.cloud.google.com and create a new project

2.

Enable Google My Business API

In your project, enable "Google My Business API" and "Google My Business Account Management API"

3.

Create Service Account

Create a service account with "My Business API" permissions and download the JSON key file

4.

Add Credentials to Base44

Dashboard → Settings → Environment Variables, add:

  • GOOGLE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON - Paste entire JSON content
5.

Link Business Locations

Grant the service account access to your Google Business Profile locations

Note: Once credentials are added, the system will automatically sync reviews and post AI responses to Google for all brands.
